Lost Packages

Parcels may get lost during transit. If you encounter this problem, please email us or call us at 00 597 8717302, monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm EST. We will then sort out the situation with the shipping agency. The shipping agency sets a deadline of 10 business days from the date of inquiry to determine the status of the package. After 10 days, if the package is still lost, we will resend your order free of charge, or you will be refunded. You will be kept informed throughout the process. You can also track your order through your account or by clicking on the attached link with your order confirmation email.

Perishables

Our policy is to send products with an expiration date as far as possible from your order date. We aim to send products with an expiration date with 2 years depending on the nature of the product.

Broken or opened items
